Dispatch timelines, delivery estimates and shipping charges for every ready-made and custom order.

We ship across India to pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

Processing and dispatch

Ready-made products: dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
Custom or personalised products: dispatched within 4–7 business days after payment and design-proof approval, where applicable.

Complex or bulk orders may take longer. We will share the expected timeline before or shortly after confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote, North-East and Jammu & Kashmir pin codes: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, courier networks or events beyond our reasonable control.

Charges and tracking

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Orders above ₹699 qualify for free shipping. Once dispatched, tracking details are sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Delivery attempts and addresses

Couriers generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails because an address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, or the package is refused, re-shipping is at the customer's cost. Custom products returned for an incorrect address are eligible only for paid re-delivery, not a refund.
