01 / Shipping & delivery

Shipping

We ship across India to pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

Processing and dispatch

• Ready-made products: dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
• Custom or personalised products: dispatched within 4–7 business days after payment and design-proof approval, where applicable.

Complex or bulk orders may take longer. We will share the expected timeline before or shortly after confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimates

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote, North-East and Jammu & Kashmir pin codes: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, courier networks or events beyond our reasonable control.

Charges and tracking

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Orders above ₹699 qualify for free shipping. Once dispatched, tracking details are sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Delivery attempts and addresses

Couriers generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails because an address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, or the package is refused, re-shipping is at the customer's cost. Custom products returned for an incorrect address are eligible only for paid re-delivery, not a refund.

Damaged packages

If packaging appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and notify us within 48 hours. Follow the claim process in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

02 / Refunds, returns & cancellations

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from Pookie 3D Solutions. The product page and order confirmation indicate whether an item is ready-made or custom.

Order cancellation

Ready-made products: cancel free of charge before dispatch. After dispatch, an order cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return under this policy.

Custom or personalised products: cancel free of charge before production starts. This means before design approval or, where no proof is required, within 12 hours of ordering. Once production starts, cancellation is not available.

Visit your orders page to check whether cancellation is available.

Returns and replacements

Ready-made products qualify for return or replacement when they arrive damaged, defective or different from the order, provided you notify us within 48 hours with the order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required for damage claims. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged, defective or materially different from the approved proof or agreed specifications. We will first offer a free reprint or replacement. If that is not feasible, we will issue a full refund.

Minor colour, surface-texture and layer-line variations are inherent to 3D printing and are not defects. Errors in an approved proof, including spelling or dimensions, do not qualify for refund or replacement.

Non-returnable situations

• Damage caused by misuse, drops, heat, sunlight or normal wear after delivery.
• Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery.
• Custom items made according to an approved proof.
• Clearance products marked “final sale”.

Refunds and payments

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval, or after we receive the returned item where required. Refunds go to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or provider. We do not issue cash refunds. If the original method is unavailable, payment will be made to a bank account held in the original payer's name.

Failed payments are normally auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. If an order was not confirmed and the amount has not returned, contact us with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate or excess payments are refunded in full.

Return shipping and claims

For a verified damage or defect, we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable courier charges against a receipt. Other returns accepted at our discretion are shipped at the customer's cost.

Care guide

• Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Keep PLA objects away from high heat, open flames and hot cars.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are not certified for food contact, medical, load-bearing or safety-critical use.
• Decorative vessels are not watertight unless specifically marked as such.
• Minor layer lines, texture and colour variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing.
• Products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 unless stated otherwise.

Pookie 3D Solutions, a sole proprietorship operated by Sushma Chhabra at B-1441, Road Number 62, Near Abhimanyu Singhal & Company, Sector 42, Faridabad, Haryana – 121010, processes personal data under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Data we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, order history, custom design files and specifications, and communications sent through email, WhatsApp or contact forms. We may automatically collect device, browser, IP address and website-usage information through cookies and analytics.

Payments are handled by RBI-authorised third-party payment aggregators. We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking credentials.

How we use and share data

We use data to process, manufacture, ship and support orders; communicate updates; create custom products; process returns; meet legal, tax and accounting obligations; improve our services; and send promotions only when you opt in.

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with courier, payment, IT and analytics providers, or with government and law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

Cookies and retention

Cookies keep your cart active, remember preferences and help us understand website use. Disabling them may affect functionality. Order and invoice data is retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Custom design files are retained for 90 days after order completion for reprints and warranty claims, then deleted unless you ask us to retain them.

Your rights

• Access a summary of personal data held about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure, subject to legal retention duties.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
• Nominate someone to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

Security, children and contact

We use reasonable safeguards including HTTPS, access controls and reputable providers, but no internet transmission method is completely secure. Our website is intended for adult purchasers and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

Products and orders

We sell ready-made catalogue products and custom products made to your specifications. Minor layer lines, surface texture and colour-shade variations are normal and are not defects. An order is confirmed only when we send confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We may decline orders due to unavailability, information or pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Custom production starts after full payment and proof approval where applicable. Approval confirms acceptance of the displayed design, dimensions, spelling and specifications.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Payments are processed by RBI-authorised aggregators; we do not store payment credentials. The price displayed when an order is placed applies to that order.

Customer-supplied content

By supplying a design, image, text or specification, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law. We may refuse custom work, including unauthorised trademarked or copyrighted content. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide.

Shipping, refunds and privacy

Intellectual property and liability

Website content, product designs, images, text, logos and the Pookie 3D Solutions name are owned by us or used under licence. Buying a product does not transfer design rights or permit reproduction, scanning or commercial replication.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Unless stated otherwise, products are not certified for food contact, medical, load-bearing or safety-critical use.

Website use, law and changes

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content or interfere with its operation. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana. We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to that order.
